Restoring a sandisk microsd flash drive

Restoring a SanDisk microSD flash drive can be a somewhat complicated process, but there are a few steps you can try.

1. Check the contacts: Make sure that the contacts on the card and in the device (for example, the reader or adapter) are clean and not damaged. If any dirt is visible or the surface is scratched/bent, clean it with a soft cloth or alcohol.

2. Use a second device: Connect the card to a second computer or reader to check if it works correctly on this new device.

3. Software recovery: There are various programs for data recovery from SD card flash drives such as Recuva, Disk Drill, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard. You can use one of these tools to scan your drive and possibly access your lost data.

Note: before starting any recovery, save all backup data

4. Formatting the card:
If you have already transferred your information from the stick, formatting the card can help correct any errors or damage to the file system. Open the explorer, find your flash drive in the list of devices and click the right mouse button on it. Choose "Format", select the FAT32 format option (if the card had this type) and start the process.

5. Ask for help: If all the above methods did not work, you may need to contact a data recovery specialist for additional support.

Important note: Remember that these steps can be useful only if the problem is software.
