Restore the raw disk

Recovering data from a RAW disk can be a difficult task, but there are several methods that you can try.

1. Use data recovery software: There are many specialized software tools, such as TestDisk or EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, that will help you scan and extract data from a damaged drive. Be sure to save all found files on another device before using these programs.

2. Check the condition of the hard disk: If your hard disk became RAW after physical damage (impact or fall), then you may need professional help from a service center for data recovery.

3. The option will restart the MBR/GPT section of the partition table:
– Press Win + R and execute the command “diskmgmt.msc” to open the Dynamic Volume Manager.
– Select the drive with the Raw file type value
– Right click -> Convert -> OK

4. Formatting the partition: This step is a last resort and should be performed only if you cannot extract data from the RAW disk. However, remember that formatting will delete all files on the disk without the possibility of their recovery.

It is important to note that before performing any data recovery operations, it is recommended to create a full copy of the damaged disk or partition to prevent information loss in unforeseen circumstances.
