Instagram data recovery

Restoring Instagram data can be a difficult task, especially if the data has been deleted or lost for some reason. However, there are several ways to try to recover lost data.

1. Check the basket: Instagram has an "Archive" function that saves all deleted photos and videos for a certain period of time (usually 30 days). To check the archive, open your profile and click on the icon of three horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the screen. Then select “Settings” -> “Account” -> “Posts”. If you find the desired image or video there, it can be restored back to your account.

2. Contact the support service: If the files were not found in the archive, the next step is to contact the Instagram support team for help with possible accidental deletion of data or other problems with access to the account.

3. Use of third-party programs/services: Some companies offer Internet scanning services to search for remote data. They can help restore photos or videos that were previously published on your Instagram account.

It is important to note that it is not always possible to completely restore all data and information from Instagram. Therefore, it is very important to save your valuable files and content on other devices or cloud storage to prevent data loss.
