Recovery of excel files

Recovering Excel files can be a fairly simple process if you follow a few steps. Here are some methods to recover Excel files:

1. Check the recycle bin: If you accidentally deleted an Excel file, the first place to check is your recycle bin on your computer or cloud storage (for example, Dropbox). Just open the recycle bin and find the deleted file.

2. Use the "Undo" function: If only a closed or modified document was saved before its data loss, you can use the "Undo" command (Ctrl + Z) to undo the last operations and return to the previous version of the file.

3. Automatic recovery: Microsoft Office has an automatic backup system for temporary versions of Office 2010 application documents and later versions of Windows Vista/7/8/10.
To access this toolkit:
a) Open MS Word software
b) Click "File" -> "Information" -> "Manage associated data"->"View all links"

4. Using Windows/MacOS search: You can also search your computer to find the Excel file. Enter the file name or its extension in the search field and check the results.

5. Use data recovery software: If all of the above methods did not work, you can try using specialized software to recover deleted or damaged Excel files.
Some of these tools are:
a) EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard
b) Recuva
c) Stellar Phoenix Windows/Mac Data Recovery

It is important to remember that the sooner you start the recovery process after losing a file, the better the chances of getting the data back without problems.
