Restoring data on the memory card

Restoring the data on the memory card may be necessary if you accidentally deleted files or formatted the card. Here are some steps you can take to recover lost data:

1. First of all, stop using the memory card immediately after detecting the problem. This will help to avoid writing new data over the old ones and increase the probability of a successful recovery.

2. Connect the memory card to the computer using a special adapter or card reader.

3. Use data recovery software. There are many free and commercial programs of this kind: Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, Disk Drill and others.

4. Run the selected program step by step as follows:
– Select the scanning type "Deleted files" or "Formatted disk".
– Specify the name of your memory card as the target device.
- Start the scanning process.

5. Upon completion of the scan, the program should display a list of found candidate files for deletion/formatting.

6. Select the necessary files for recovery and specify the folder where they will be saved.

7. Check the restored files for integrity. If everything looks normal, the process can be considered successful.

It is important to remember that it is not always possible to completely restore lost information. It depends on many factors: the time after removing/formatting the memory card, the use of new data and the technical features of the card itself.
