Restoring data after formatting the phone

Restoring data after formatting the phone can be a difficult task, but in some cases it is possible to return part or all of the lost files. Here are some ways that can help:

1. Use a backup copy: If you made regular backup copies of your phone before formatting it, then the best way to restore data is to simply use this copy.

2. Data recovery software: There are various programs and applications for computers or Android/iOS devices themselves (such as Dr.Fone from Wondershare) that allow you to scan your device for deleted files and perform the process of extracting them.

3. Seek help from an expert in digital forensics: If you have no experience with software tools for self-recovery of information, or they were unsuccessful, become a client of certified agencies/forwarding services for the extraction of electronic traces.

4. Checking whether the information is still stored somewhere:
a) SD card: If you used an SD card in your phone, check its availability and connect it to the computer using a card reader. Data may still be stored on it.
b) Cloud storage: Check the cloud (e.g. Google Drive or iCloud), perhaps part of the data was automatically saved.

An important point - try not to write new data to your phone after formatting before starting the data recovery process. This can damage the chances of successful recovery of lost files.
